Let’s Take 1930’s Home Economics Together! Chapter Six: Appropriateness for Type and Occasion

Last week, we learned all about colour in Chapter Five: How to Know and Select Color from Dulcie Godlove Donovan’s “The Mode in Dress and Home.” This week, we will be learning how to dress, in Chapter Six: Appropriateness for Type and Occasion. I always love reading chapters like these in my vintage sewing books, so I’ve really been looking forward to this lesson! I hope that you like it, too!
